About Subscriptions

Fine Print

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will not be charged the monthly fee. After the trial period ends, subscription is paid in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to that subscription until it expires, but there is no refund of the subscription fee. Trial Subscriptions are only available to new users.

Events

Events are something we've always envisioned and a natural extension of what we've started to build online: rich interactions between our subscribers, some of whom are key players in Hawaii. What you can expect from our Events:

Access to Hawaii's key players. Our goal is to put Civil Beat subscribers and Hawaii's key players in the same room with each other. An opportunity to learn, understand, debate, and discover in an environment with the Civil Beat values.

Priority for Subscribers. Our subscribers will have priority access to our events. In addition, full subscribers will get free or discounted access. Depending on the type, size and demand of an event, subscribers might also be able to invite a friend along.

Two events per month. Our goal is to hold two events per month.
